A modern facility designed to produce the best possible wines
After a year of construction beginning in the summer of 2019, Château de Birazel was able to inaugurate its new wine cellar in September 2020. Over a period of 14 months, carefully picked tradesmen worked with the utmost meticulousness. 750-litre clay amphorae, diamond-shaped concrete tanks, casks and large wine barrels - Our wine facility is fully equipped to be able to produce prestigious wines, true to their terroir, whilst revealing all the depth, detail and subtility of our grapes.

Design & Project management
Structural design by Gerard Vacheyrout, executed by Audebert and JML, Florian Vidard (Cabinet Touton) was responsible for the follow-up and finalisation of the project.
