The team working at Château de Birazel is made up of viticulture and viniculture experts. Full of energy and with plenty of experience, we carry on our work with a profound respect for nature, people, and traditions. We are also very thankful for the guidance of Jean-Philippe Fort, renowned œnologist of Cabinet Rolland, with over 30 years of experience. His unparalleled knowledge is a great asset for the Château, and we owe him the uniqueness and strong character of the wines we create.

Vine & Wine supervisor

Our wines bear the mark of masterfully led hard work, and we owe this to Jérémy's precision and attention to detail, as he oversees our vineyard and our wine cellar. With more than 10 years of wine-making experience, and his work as a volunteer firefighter, his rigor is unmatched.

Vineyard employee and tractor driver / cellar assistant

Alberto used to work as a mason before switching to the world of winemaking, and now has over 10 years of experience in that field. Today, the high quality of our vines and the flawless maintenance of the vineyard are the result of his thorough work.
